I had surgeries, attempted hypnosis, and ventured into psychotherapy, but nothing seemed to alleviate my suffering.

Frustration and confusion set in. I had addressed emotional aspects, examined my past, and yet, the pain persisted. It wasn't physical, and it wasn't just emotional; there was something deeper at play.

But you have to know that at that time, I didn't know anything about energy medicine. I held beliefs about it that many people might relate to—it seemed like "woo-woo" stuff, akin to the way hippie culture was sometimes dismissed. Nonetheless, my curiosity was piqued when I visited my chiropractor's practice and saw the walls adorned with posters depicting bodies with lines and names I'd never encountered before.


As I stared at these intricate diagrams, I felt a fascination growing within me. Little did I know that these seemingly complex illustrations would eventually hold the key to my well-being. Life moved forward, and surprisingly, I began to feel better after my first chiropractic session. The improvement was subtle but undeniable, so I decided to return for more.

On my journey, I also stumbled upon the world of energy medicine, particularly through the teachings of Donna Eden. It was here that things began to make sense.
