How I overcame dehydration

My recipe



List of ingredients for 50 cl (about 17 oz)

  • Hot water

  • 3 to 4 tablespoons of organic chia seeds

  • Green tea or Herbal tea or Matcha tea or any tea you like

  • A dash of honey 🍯 -optional


- Make your tea as usual,

- Add the honey if you like it better that way,

- Add the Chia Seeds and stir well with a spoon or fork to loosen the seeds,

- Let them soak for a few minutes, stir every now and then,

- It's ready when no more seeds are floating on the surface.
